About the role

We are currently looking for highly motivated and safety focused local and interstate Professional Drivers to join our Farm Milk Collection Division on a full-time and casual basis.  The above opportunities are for an immediate start based in Western Victoria at our depots in Dennington, Cobden, Koroit and Colac.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering and picking up of product in a safe manner to customer sites, with the ability to prioritise your workload with emphasis on conducting yourself safely and professionally at all times.
  • Following all WHS regulations and furthering the safety culture.
  • Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions.
  • Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Accountability for all paperwork.

 

About you

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • A current MC licence (preferred) or,
  • A current HC licence with willingness to upgrade to MC with us.
  • Heavy vehicle driving experience.
  • An excellent Driver History Report.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised.
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation.
  • A strong work ethic and customer focus.
  • Willingness to work a rotating roster.

About the Role 

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and safety focused Operations Controller to join our Bulk Food Grade team, based in Geelong on a full-time basis. This is an ideal role for those who are wanting to commence their career in Transport and Logistics!

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager this position will be primarily responsible for:

  • Coordination and scheduling of fleet & staff movement including monitoring hours and delays;
  • Allocation and coordination of customer bookings & deliveries;
  • Building relationships with current customer base and ensuring a high level of service is offered;
  • Out of hours on-call rotating roster;
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of fatigue compliance;
  • Supervision and management of direct staff;
  • Assist with payroll-related activities;
