About Your Opportunity

Due to business growth we are looking for Trades Assistants to join our Altona workshop, from  a variety of disciplines and levels of experience.

Hourly rates starting from entry level $30.40 per hour to $32.90, based on experience.

There are opportunities for career advancement and upskilling, meaning you can gain additional qualifications whilst remaining on competitive Trades Assistant rates.

About Your New Position

• Prior experience servicing fleet equipment preferred but not essential;
• Fully supervised workshop with qualified diesel mechanics;
• Ability to work within a team environment;
• Ability to work under pressure to meet daily deadlines;
• A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly;
• A strong work ethic.

To be Successful You will bring:

• Current Trade Certificate or Equivalent experience
• Cummins/Volvo experience (preferred not essential)
• Prior BPW, SAF, Hendrickson suspension experience (preferred not essential)
