About the role

We are currently looking for highly motivated and safety focused Drivers to join our Farm Pick- up Division, based in Western Victoria on full-time and casual basis.

These opportunities are for an immediate start, based in Dennington, Cobden and Koroit.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering and picking up product in a safe manner to customer sites;
  • Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture;
  • Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions;
  • Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude;
  • Accountability for all paperwork.

About you

 

To be successful in this dynamic role you will have:

  • Driving experience;
  • An excellent Driver History Report;
  • Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised;
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation;
  • A strong work ethic and customer focus;
  • Willingness to work a rotating roster;
  • Ability to do shift work;
  • A current MC licence preferred. McColl’s will cover the cost of licence upgrade in return for a minimum of 1 year service.
