About the role

We are currently looking for highly motivated and safety focused local and interstate Driverto join our team on full-time and casual basis, based in Prestons.

The above opportunities are for an immediate start within our Bulk Chemical division.

Ample training will be provided to successful candidates, so if you are looking to expand or kick start your career within a transport company that offers long term career prospects, great working conditions, invests in modern fleet and places safety as its core value, then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering and picking up product in a safe manner to customer sites, with the ability to prioritise your workload and emphasis on conducting yourself safely and professionally at all times;
  • Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture;
  • Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions;
  • Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude;
  • Accountability for all paperwork.

About you

To be successful in this dynamic role you will have:

  • Driving experience;
  • An excellent Driver History Report;
  • Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised;
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation;
  • A strong work ethic and customer focus;
  • Willingness to work a rotating roster;
  • Ability to do shift work;
  • A current HC or MC licence.
