ABOUT THE ROLE 

To support our growth, we have an exciting opportunity within our People & Culture Team.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the delivery of HR services across the business.

This full-time, Geelong based opportunity performs a critical role in partnering the business in the strategic and operational support of the leadership team. This relationship-based role will build and execute people strategies, supporting the business through process improvement and leadership development.

Reporting to the P&C General Manager this role requires a broad range of business and HR generalist experience and exposure, to partner and support the businesses various functions.

 

ABOUT YOU 

You will be an experienced HR professional who reflects the McColl’s core values. Your experience in complex, fast paced and ever-changing environments has enabled you to hone your communication and influencing skills to bring clarity and alignment to understand and drive ‘best practice’.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Strong generalist HR background, with sound experience in ER/IR, EBA’s, performance management, organisational improvement and change management.
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Excellent systems knowledge and utilisation
  • Exceptional people solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to present information and make recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
  • High level organization Skills.
  • Ability to facilitate and support all HR functions to deliver business efficiency and alignment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to balance shared deliverables and personal accountability.
