About the role

After recent business expansion and system implementations, a great opportunity has become available to join our Geelong based team as a Fleet Maintenance Compliance Officer. Reporting to the National Fleet Improvement and Data Manager, the role will cover all fleet and maintenance compliance activities and align our maintenance regimes in accordance with our maintenance management accreditation as well as general compliance reporting.

As the Fleet Maintenance Compliance Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate fleet maintenance recordkeeping;
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities are followed in accordance with internal expectations and external compliance regulations;
  • Work with systems to further develop and improve our maintenance reporting and continue the roll out of technology based compliance;
  • Ensure tow operator information is up to date and ensure that details are accurately recorded in our systems;
  • Processing, scanning and filling of documents;
  • Working with and maintaining compliance records;
  • Closing out end of month administration;

 

About you
