About the program 

We currently have exciting opportunities for Trainee Drivers to kick start their career within transport and logistics, based in Dennington (VIC).

Working closely with the Operations Manager and our experienced operations team, this is a fantastic pathway position with a strong training focus.

This structured program is designed to provide a solid introduction into transport and logistics industry, while providing adequate training to progress towards HC and MC licence upgrades.  On completion, you will join the team of our dedicated and passionate Professional Drivers delivering and picking up product from our customer sites across the region.

About you

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, eager to be trained and developed in all aspects of our fast-paced day to day operations while being supported by our team.

In addition, you will have a “can do” attitude and not afraid to be hands on and involved in all aspect of operations.

To be successful in this dynamic role you will have:

• Completed Year 12 VCE or equivalent study.
• A current drivers’ and HR license and be prepared to upgrade to a HC/MC.
• The ability to take and follow instructions and not be afraid to ask questions.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate as an effective team member, as well as autonomously, in fast paced environment.
