We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing Farm Milk Collection team in Mount Gambier, SA.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving requirements to meet operational needs;
• Supporting the Regional Manager to co-ordinate all aspects of operations;
• Maintaining paperwork in accordance with legislative and business requirements;
• Supporting operations internal processes of induction, training and performance records;
• Compliance management and support administrative implementation and adherence of the Health & Safety Management systems and reporting.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Be able to work a rotating roster;
• Exposure to Tanker work (preferred);
• Willing to obtain a HC or MC licence;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly;
• Excellent communication & customer service skills;
• A strong work ethic;
• The ability to adapt to new technologies & guidelines.
