The role

Based in our Geelong Head Office and reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a member of a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance Team.  Finance is responsible for the accuracy of valuable business information and maintaining the integrity of general ledger and other critical data.  Become part of our team that partners with internal stakeholders to prepare weekly critical operations reports, budgets and forecasts.  Your role will ensure that review and reconciliations, timely month end close, and meaningful analysis is provided to each business unit.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have CAANZ or CPA qualification with a minimum of five years’ experience and knowledge of financial and management accounting (public practice experience highly desirable).  You will demonstrate the following skill sets:

  • Solid technical accounting skills.
  • Insightful commercial analysis and telling of the story.
  • Disciplined approach with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a ‘can do’ attitude to challenging tasks.
  • Experience using a large ERP system.
  • Interest in building better processes.
